We collect only what we need to make My Super Brain work beautifully for your child.

  • Child's name – to personalize the planner, for example, β€œNigel's Brain”.
  • Child's age – to ensure content is age-appropriate. We recommend ages 5–11.
  • Parent/carer email – for account access, support, and updates.
  • Planner data – daily plans, feelings logs, sticker choices, and drawings. This is stored securely and never shared.
  • Payment data – processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create a personalized, safe planner experience for your child.
  • To send essential service updates, such as subscription receipts and feature announcements.
  • To improve our app. We may analyze anonymized usage patterns.
  • We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We never use it for marketing outside our own direct updates.

3. Children's Privacy (Ages 5–11)

  • We collect child data only with verifiable parental consent.
  • Parents have full access to view, edit, or delete their child's data at any time.
  • We do not target children with ads or collect personal information for third-party marketing.
  • If you believe we have unintentionally collected data from a child under 5, please contact us immediately.

  • All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and encrypted at rest.
  • We use industry-standard security practices to protect your family's information.
  • Access to planner data is limited to you, as the parent or carer, and our essential technical team.
  • We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as required by law.

5. Your Rights & Control

  • Access, correct, or delete your child's data at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Export your data on request.
  • Cancel your subscription and request full data deletion at any time.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails. We keep only transactional ones.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted partners to run My Super Brain:

  • Stripe & PayPal – for secure payment processing. We never see your full card number.
  • Cloud hosting partners – to store your data securely on EU-based servers.

All partners are contractually bound to protect your data in line with our policies.
