My Super Brain was created from lived family experience: watching young family members with ADHD navigate school days, big feelings, homework, routines, confidence wobbles and brilliant bursts of creativity.
Children with ADHD are often full of imagination, humour, sensitivity, energy and original ideas. They can also face daily challenges with starting tasks, remembering steps, managing transitions, regulating emotions and feeling understood.
Our family journey inspired us to build a planner that speaks to the child first — not as a problem to be fixed, but as a brave young person with a powerful brain that deserves the right support.
Four promises we keep to you and your child.
Children should feel proud of small steps, not ashamed for finding routines hard.
Clear, colourful prompts reduce family friction and help independence grow.
Naming feelings early gives children a safer path through big moments.
Planning works best when it feels playful and achievable, not punishing.
A companion, not a replacement.
My Super Brain is for children aged 5 to 11 and the grown-ups who love and support them.
It is not a replacement for medical, psychological or educational advice, but it can be a practical everyday tool alongside home routines, school support, therapy, coaching and clinical guidance.
"We will keep building tools that celebrate neurodivergent strengths while offering practical support for real family life."
