1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using My Super Brain (mysuperbrain.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

My Super Brain operates on a subscription basis to provide uninterrupted access to the planner and new features.

• Plans: We offer a Monthly plan ($14.99/month) and an Annual plan ($99/year).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain access to My Super Brain until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No Refunds: Because you receive instant access to our digital platform, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used months or years unless required by applicable law.

4. Accounts & Parental Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You are solely responsible for how your child interacts with the app.

5. Medical & Educational Disclaimer

• Not Medical Advice: My Super Brain is a visual planning and organizational tool. It is not a medical device, nor is it a replacement for professional psychological, behavioral, or medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.
• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or educational professional regarding your child's specific ADHD or neurodivergent needs.

6. Acceptable Use & Licensing

• Personal Use: Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your family.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the My Super Brain app, its design, or its code.
